由于(yu)氫(qing)(qing)氧化鈣堿(jian)性(xing)強(qiang)、活(huo)性(xing)大,易生(sheng)成(cheng)碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣沉淀。當氫(qing)(qing)氧化鈣幾(ji)乎全部(bu)轉化成(cheng)碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣后,懸浮液(ye)(ye)pH值(zhi)(zhi)突(tu)降至8.5-9,并由氫(qing)(qing)氧化鎂(mei)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)平(ping)衡決(jue)定。25℃、pH值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)8.5時(shi),碳(tan)酸(suan)根離解(jie)呈HCO一形式(shi)存在的占97.5%,氫(qing)(qing)氧化鎂(mei)不(bu)斷溶(rong)(rong)解(jie)到液(ye)(ye)相中,生(sheng)成(cheng)碳(tan)酸(suan)氫(qing)(qing)鎂(mei),但溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)pH值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)7.5時(shi)即(ji)要(yao)停止碳(tan)化,以(yi)防(fang)碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣溶(rong)(rong)解(jie)。過(guo)濾(lv)后得(de)到碳(tan)酸(suan)氫(qing)(qing)鎂(mei)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)(俗稱重鎂(mei)水(shui)),將(jiang)重鎂(mei)水(shui)熱解(jie)得(de)到堿(jian)式(shi)碳(tan)酸(suan)鎂(mei),再次(ci)過(guo)濾(lv),干(gan)燥后得(de)到堿(jian)式(shi)碳(tan)酸(suan)鎂(mei)。將(jiang)堿(jian)式(shi)碳(tan)酸(suan)鎂(mei)在700℃~1000℃鍛燒(shao)即(ji)可得(de)到氧化鎂(mei)。
